𝑃𝑢𝑚𝑝𝑘𝑖𝑛 𝑂𝑎𝑡𝑚𝑒𝑎𝑙 𝐶ℎ𝑜𝑐𝑜𝑙𝑎𝑡𝑒 𝐶ℎ𝑖𝑝 𝐶𝑜𝑜𝑘𝑖𝑒𝑠
𝗜𝗻𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 1/2 cups old-fashioned oats
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 large egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3/4 cup canned pumpkin puree
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
𝗗𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀:
1. Preheat the oven : Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line two baking sheets with parchment paper or silicone baking mats.
𝟮. 𝗠𝗶𝘅 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗱𝗿𝘆 𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 : 𝗜𝗻 𝗮 𝗺𝗲𝗱𝗶𝘂𝗺 𝗯𝗼𝘄𝗹, 𝘄𝗵𝗶𝘀𝗸 𝘁𝗼𝗴𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗳𝗹𝗼𝘂𝗿

3. Cream the butter and sugars : In a large bowl, beat the softened butter

5. Add the chocolate chips : Fold in the chocolate chips
until evenly distributed throughout the cookie dough.
6. Scoop the dough : Use a cookie scoop or spoon to drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto the prepared baking sheets, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
7. Bake the cookies : Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden and the centers are set. The cookies will remain soft and chewy. Allow them to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
