𝗜𝗻𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:
1/2 cup peanut butter 🥜
1/4 cup powdered sugar 🍩
1/2 tsp vanilla extract 🍦
1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips 🍫
1/2 cup milk chocolate chips 🍫
Cooking spray 🛢️
𝗗𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀:
1. Prepare the peanut butter filling: 🥜 In a medium bowl, combine the peanut butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth and creamy. This peanut butter mixture will serve as the delicious center for your Reese’s. 🍬
2. Form the peanut butter discs: 🧑🍳 Roll the peanut butter mixture into small balls, about 1-inch in diameter. Flatten each ball into a disc shape and set them aside. This step ensures that the peanut butter filling will fit perfectly inside the chocolate shell. 🍬
3. Melt the chocolate: 🍫 In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the semi-sweet and milk chocolate chips. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring after each interval, until the chocolate is fully melted and smooth. Be careful not to overheat the chocolate, as it can burn. 🎂
4. Assemble the Reese’s cups: 🧁 Lightly spray silicone muffin cups with cooking spray. Spoon a small amount of melted chocolate into the bottom of each cup, just enough to cover the base. Place one peanut butter disc on top of the chocolate layer, then spoon more melted chocolate over the top, fully covering the peanut butter. Repeat this process for all the cups. 🧑🍳
5. Air fry the Reese’s cups: 🍫 Preheat your air fryer to 320°F (160°C). Place the silicone cups in the air fryer basket, making sure they don’t touch. Air fry for 2-3 minutes, or until the chocolate has melted and set slightly. Keep a close eye to avoid overcooking the chocolate. 🎂
6. Cool and serve: 🧁 Remove the Reese’s cups from the air fryer and let them cool completely in the silicone molds. Once fully set, pop the Reese’s out of the molds and serve. Enjoy your homemade, air-fried Reese’s cups with a perfectly crispy and creamy bite! 🥰
