Jalapeño Popper Casserole
Ingredients:
4 cups shredded chicken breast 🐔
8 oz cream cheese, softened 🧑🍳
1 cup sour cream 🥛
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese 🧀
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese 🧀
1/4 cup diced jalapeños 🌶️
1/4 cup chopped green onions 🧅
1 teaspoon garlic powder 🧄
1 teaspoon onion powder 🧄
Salt and pepper to taste 🧂
Fresh jalapeño slices for garnish 🌶️
Directions:
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, sour cream, shredded cheddar cheese, shredded mozzarella cheese, diced jalapeños, chopped green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
3. Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
4. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the casserole is hot and bubbly and the cheese is melted and golden brown.
5. Garnish with fresh jalapeño slices before serving.
