Salt and pepper to taste 🧂

𝗗𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀:

1. Cook the spaghetti 🍝: In a large pot, cook the spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

2. Cook the ground beef and vegetables 🍖🧅: In a large skillet, cook the ground beef 🍖 over medium heat until fully browned. Drain any excess fat. Add the diced onions 🧅 and bell peppers 🌶️ to the skillet and cook until softened, about 5 minutes. Stir in the taco seasoning 🌮 and water or beef broth 🍲. Let it simmer for 5 minutes.

3. Combine with tomatoes and sour cream 🍅🍶: Stir in the can of diced tomatoes with green chilies 🍅 and sour cream 🍶. Simmer for an additional 2-3 minutes until the mixture is well combined and heated through.

4. Layer the casserole 🧑‍🍳: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a greased 9×13-inch baking dish, layer half of the cooked spaghetti 🍝. Spread half of the beef mixture on top, then sprinkle half of the cheddar 🧀 and Monterey Jack 🧀 cheese. Repeat with the remaining spaghetti, beef mixture, and cheeses.

5. Bake the casserole 🔥: Cover the dish with foil and bake for 20 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

6. Garnish and serve 🍽️: Once baked, remove from the oven and garnish with fresh cilantro 🌿. Serve warm and enjoy this cheesy, taco-flavored spaghetti bake! 😋
